  • The aircraft was captured by British troops on 31st November 1942
  • Shipped to Liverpool and tested between February 1944 and November 1945
  • Plans to return her to flight began in 1961 but were cancelled
  • Eventually restored to flying condition following restoration which began in 1972
  • Crashed at RAF Duxford on 12th October 1997
  • Rebuilt into airworthy condition and moved to the RAF Museum at Hendon on 9th March 2002
  • Displayed as part of the Milestones of Flight Collection alongside a Messerschmitt Me 262
