During the development by Aerospatiale/British Aircraft Corporation the development fleet of six aircraft carried their own livery. The initial two prototype and two pre-production aircraft carried the joint livery of Sud-Aviation and later Aerospatiale and the British Aircraft Corporation. This consisted of a predominantly white fuselage with red stripe and blue stripe on the tail plane although the application to each aircraft was unique. The final two production development fleet aircraft bore the colours of their respective airlines.

Air France applied two liveries to their fleet, although the earliest design was soon superseded by the current Air France livery. British Airways applied four different liveries to their fleet. In addition, publicity material prior to commercial service showed Concorde in the colours of the British Overseas Airways Corporation (BOAC) and in their co-operation with Singapore Airlines, the port-side of the aircraft used were painted in the colours of Singapore Airlines.
