British Airways
The production-run of Concorde aircraft, manufactured by the factories of Aerospatiale in France and the British Aircraft Corporation in the United Kingdom totally some sixteen aircraft. Of these, fourteen aircraft were destined for commercial service. Seven aircraft would be assigned to the British national carrier, initially British Overseas Airways Corporation and ultimately British Airways (with the merger of BOAC and British European Airways to form British Airways in 1974). The seven Concorde aircraft would serve as the flagship fleet for British Airways until their retirement. All seven aircraft survive.
